SMS Terms

Effective October 15, 2026. Ringer is in an invite-only beta.

What Ringer texts you

Ringer texts you to do what you ask: replies, updates on calls and errands, and the reminders and heads-ups you set up. Texts arrive as iMessages, or as SMS if you're not on an iPhone.

Signing up

You agree to get texts from Ringer when you enter your number at textringer.com or text Ringer yourself.

How often, and what it costs

• Message frequency varies with how you use Ringer.
• Ringer is free during the beta. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping

• Text Ringer “delete my data”. Once you confirm, Ringer stops texting you and erases your data.
• To keep Ringer but stop the heads-ups it sends on its own, text “turn off instincts”.
