Terms of Use
Effective October 14, 2026. Ringer is in an invite-only beta.
The beta
Ringer is free during the beta and offered as it is. Features may change, break or go away, and access can end at any time.
Your data
Your data is yours. We don't claim any rights to it, we never use it to train AI models, and if you ask us to delete it, we delete it. See the privacy policy.
Ringer acts on your behalf
You authorize Ringer to act as your assistant for what you ask: to call, text and email people and businesses, use websites, and make requests for you, and to share the details a task needs (your name, booking details, or account numbers you've given it) with the people and businesses involved. You can stop it or revoke this anytime by telling Ringer or deleting your data.
What Ringer does for you
- Ringer acts on your instructions: it texts, calls, emails and uses websites for you.
- It asks before anything final: booking, buying, paying, canceling, sending an email or texting as you.
- Calls Ringer makes or answers for you are recorded, and you consent to that. Each call says it's being recorded, and if asked, Ringer says it's an AI assistant calling for you.
- AI can make mistakes. Check details that matter (dates, amounts, confirmations) before you rely on them.
Your part
- Use Ringer only for lawful things you're allowed to do yourself, and only with your own accounts.
- Don't use it to harass, deceive or spam anyone.
- Only clone your own voice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ringer and its operator aren't liable for losses from using it, including charges or bookings you approved, or mistakes in its work.
